(Feb. 11, 2025): Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) Executive Director Kim Hermann attended the White House signing event for President Trump’s groundbreaking Executive Order that undid Biden’s gutting of Title IX and prevented men from playing in women’s sports in K-12 public schools and colleges.
Hermann and SLF represent several clients who took legal action against the Biden Administration’s Title IX re-write, and President Trump’s action last week is a huge step toward undoing the damage done, which Hermann believes can be followed up by congressional action and future legal action against states and schools who refuse to comply to make these protections more permanent.
