Settlement award ends multi-year lawsuit filed by private property ownes challenging Nashville’s unconstitutional sidewalk law. This comes on the heels of a recent ruling by the Sixth Circuit found that Nashville’s law violated the Fifth Amendment by taking property without compensating the landowner.
