Southeastern Legal Foundation and Moms for Liberty respond to Title IX complaint filed in Wisconsin

Moms for Liberty Co-Founder Tiffany Justice and Southeastern Legal Foundation Executive Director Kim Hermann released the following statement today regarding reporting on complaints filed against the Kettle Moraine School District regarding Title IX.

Statement from Kim Hermann and Tiffany Justice:

“The complaint filed against the Kettle Moraine School District is not a lawsuit; it’s an administrative complaint sent to the US Department of Education, which is currently under a federal court preliminary injunction. The Title IX rewrite cannot be enforced in any school attended by a child of Moms for Liberty member. That injunction is in full force and effect now.”

“The injunction applies at all Kettle Moraine School District schools that have Moms for Liberty members. Those schools not under the preliminary injunction must be protected from the forced gender ideology outlined in Title IX under the injunction we won. If any other parents with children in the Kettle Moraine School District want to become a Moms for Liberty member, they can set up a profile on momsforliberty.org now to join and ensure your schools are included in the updates we send to the court.”
