In America, our government cannot treat people differently because of their skin color—the Constitution and civil rights laws prohibit such blatant race-based discrimination. When the government ignores our Constitution and civil rights laws and insists on grouping and excluding Americans based on their race, SLF steps in filing strategic lawsuits to stop race-based government programs and to ensure that all Americans enjoy equal protection under the law.

SLF is at the forefront of the battle to save Title IX and stop radical gender ideology from destroying the innocence of America’s children, infringing on free speech, and violating parental rights. Across America, women are being stripped of the protections and equality they’ve had for over 50 years. Americans are being silenced for believing in biological reality, and girls are being punished for speaking up for their physical safety and privacy when forced to share a bathroom or locker room with a boy.
